Yoghurt Granola Tarts

Ingredients

  • 75 g honey (or maple syrup)
  • 50 g coconut oil
  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 25 g coconut flakes
  • 2 tsp cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Mövenpick Fine Yoghurt Raspberry
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 3 tsp powdered sugar
  • 250 ml cream
  • Decoration like blueberries, strawberries, pecans

Preparation

  1. Mix honey with coconut oil and heat the mixture.
  2. For the granola, mix oats, coconut flakes, cocoa, cinnamon and honey mixture.
  3. Put the granola in a round baking pan, press it down and bake the granola for 15 minutes at 180°C (convection oven).
  4. Mix yoghurt, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  5. Put this mixture in a piping bag and spread it on the granola base.
  6. Afterwards you can decorate everything with toppings of your choice.
