Yoghurt Granola Tarts
Ingredients
- 75 g honey (or maple syrup)
- 50 g coconut oil
- 50 g oat flakes
- 25 g coconut flakes
- 2 tsp cocoa
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Mövenpick Fine Yoghurt Raspberry
- 200 g cream cheese
- 3 tsp powdered sugar
- 250 ml cream
- Decoration like blueberries, strawberries, pecans
Preparation
- Mix honey with coconut oil and heat the mixture.
- For the granola, mix oats, coconut flakes, cocoa, cinnamon and honey mixture.
- Put the granola in a round baking pan, press it down and bake the granola for 15 minutes at 180°C (convection oven).
- Mix yoghurt, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Put this mixture in a piping bag and spread it on the granola base.
- Afterwards you can decorate everything with toppings of your choice.
