Summer tiramisu
Ingredients
- Mövenpick Fine Yoghurt Summer Edition Pineapple-Coconut
- Orange juice (enough to soak ladyfingers)
- ladyfinger
- 100 g mascarpone
- 2 egg yolks (if you have any doubts, you can of course prepare the recipe without egg)
- 1 orange
- 100 g cream
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 50 g sugar
Preparation
- Line the bottom of the bowl with ladyfingers and sprinkle with a little orange juice.
- Mix the mascarpone, egg yolks, cream, powdered sugar, sugar and the fine yoghurt in a large bowl with the whisk of a hand mixer.
- Wash the orange in hot water and rub dry. Grate long, slightly thicker zest from peel and set aside.
- Spread half of the cream on the ladyfingers, layer the remaining ladyfingers on top and finish with remaining cream.
- Garnish the tiramisu with zests.
- Refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 3 hours.
