Summer tiramisu

Ingredients

  • Mövenpick Fine Yoghurt Summer Edition Pineapple-Coconut
  • Orange juice (enough to soak ladyfingers)
  • ladyfinger
  • 100 g mascarpone
  • 2 egg yolks (if you have any doubts, you can of course prepare the recipe without egg)
  • 1 orange
  • 100 g cream
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 50 g sugar

Preparation

  1. Line the bottom of the bowl with ladyfingers and sprinkle with a little orange juice.
  2. Mix the mascarpone, egg yolks, cream, powdered sugar, sugar and the fine yoghurt in a large bowl with the whisk of a hand mixer.
  3. Wash the orange in hot water and rub dry. Grate long, slightly thicker zest from peel and set aside.
  4. Spread half of the cream on the ladyfingers, layer the remaining ladyfingers on top and finish with remaining cream.
  5. Garnish the tiramisu with zests.
  6. Refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 3 hours.
