Santa Coffee

Ingredients
1 vanilla pod
1 tsp sugar
150 ml water
½ tsp cloves
½ tsp cinnamon
Mövenpick “Der Himmlische”
3 tbsp frothed milk

Preparation

1. Scrape the seeds out of the vanilla pod. The best way of doing this is to cut the pod lengthways and then scrape the seeds off the walls of the pod.
2. Boil the seeds with the water, cinnamon, sugar and cloves.
3. Boil the coffee, add to your vanilla seed mixture and put it all in a cup.
4. Froth the milk & add. Scatter with a little cinnamon.

Preparation time: 15 minutes.
