Goat cheese jam sandwich

Ingredients

  • Crusty bread
  • Homemade walnut butter
  • Arugula
  • Goat cheese
  • Mövenpick Fruit Spread Apricot
  • Cress

Preparation

  1. Toast bread in a grill pan on both sides without oil (alternatively toast in a toaster).
  2. Prepare walnut butter: mix butter, chopped walnuts, a little salt & balsamic vinegar together. Mix well.
  3. Wash arugula and shake dry.
  4. Cut goat cheese into slices about 1 cm thick and fry a little.
  5. Now spread some of your homemade walnut butter on the bread, add arugula and place the goat cheese on top.
  6. Top the whole thing with some cress.
  7. Now add the apricot fruit spread and give the whole thing that little extra.
