Goat cheese jam sandwich
Ingredients
- Crusty bread
- Homemade walnut butter
- Arugula
- Goat cheese
- Mövenpick Fruit Spread Apricot
- Cress
Preparation
- Toast bread in a grill pan on both sides without oil (alternatively toast in a toaster).
- Prepare walnut butter: mix butter, chopped walnuts, a little salt & balsamic vinegar together. Mix well.
- Wash arugula and shake dry.
- Cut goat cheese into slices about 1 cm thick and fry a little.
- Now spread some of your homemade walnut butter on the bread, add arugula and place the goat cheese on top.
- Top the whole thing with some cress.
- Now add the apricot fruit spread and give the whole thing that little extra.
