Frozen Yoghurt Bites
Ingredients
- 2 x Mövenpick Fine Yoghurt Summer Edition Rhubarb-Vanilla
- Fresh strawberries
- 300 g dark chocolate/chocolate coating
- Coarse salt
- Edible flowers
Preparation
- Cut strawberries into small pieces.
- Dip strawberries in fine yoghurt rhubarb vanilla and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Leave to cool overnight.
- Dip cooled yoghurt bites in dark chocolate.
- Decorate bites with a little coarse salt and edible flowers.
- Allow to cool for a few hours & snack with relish.
