Coffee Tonic

Ingredients for 1 serving

  • Mövenpick of the Year Crema Kenya
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 lime
  • 50 ml tonic water
  • Light-coloured honey
  • Crushed Ice

Preparation

  1. Prepare the Mövenpick of the Year Crema Kenya in a fully automatic machine as a café crème and leave to cool.
  2. Dice the lime and place in a glass.
  3. Sprinkle brown sugar over the lime.
  4. Muddle the lime and sugar.
  5. Top with crushed ice and top up with tonic water until the ice is covered.
  6. Add the cooled coffee.
  7. Dip a honey stick into the honey and place in the drink.

Preparation time approx. 10 minutes.
