Crunchy Brie and Jam Sandwich
Ingredients
Round crusty bread
Brie
Mövenpick Black Cherry Fruit Spread
Lemon zest
Orange zest
Pecan nuts
Walnuts
Honey
Preparation
- Cut your loaf horizontally, about one third from the top.
- Hollow out the bread about the size of the Brie.
- Spread the walls with tasty fruit spread (dark fruit spread is a particularly good accompaniment for Brie).
- Scatter some orange and lemon zest over the bread.
- Cut into the cheese – then it will melt better in the oven.
- Also cut into the crust of the bread (around every 3 cm).
- Place the Brie in the bread.
- Drizzle honey over everything.
- Add Pecan nuts & walnuts.
- Decorate again with orange and lemon zest & bake in the oven for 15 mins at 200 °C.
