Crunchy Brie and Jam Sandwich

Ingredients
Round crusty bread
Brie
Mövenpick Black Cherry Fruit Spread
Lemon zest
Orange zest
Pecan nuts
Walnuts
Honey

Preparation

  1. Cut your loaf horizontally, about one third from the top.
  2. Hollow out the bread about the size of the Brie.
  3. Spread the walls with tasty fruit spread (dark fruit spread is a particularly good accompaniment for Brie).
  4. Scatter some orange and lemon zest over the bread.
  5. Cut into the cheese – then it will melt better in the oven.
  6. Also cut into the crust of the bread (around every 3 cm).
  7. Place the Brie in the bread.
  8. Drizzle honey over everything.
  9. Add Pecan nuts & walnuts.
  10. Decorate again with orange and lemon zest & bake in the oven for 15 mins at 200 °C.

Preparation time: 30 minutes.
