Croissant buns
Ingredients
- Mövenpick Fruit Spread Forest Blueberry
- Blackberries
- Croissant dough (e.g. from a can)
- 100 g cream
- 100 g cream cheese
- Juice of half a lemon & some grated lemon juice
Preparation
- For the croissant buns, wrap a triangle of croissant dough around a hollow on the back of a muffin tray and press down. It is best to grease the tray!
- Bake at 180° C convection oven for 12-14 minutes. If necessary, cover with aluminum foil in between, if the buns should become too dark.
- Whip the cream and stir in some cream cheese, lemon juice and lemon zest.
- Fill the buns with the mixture.
- Put some fruit spread on the buns.
- Decorate the buns with a blackberry.
