Cream-Spritz Aroma del Sol

Ingredients for 1 portion:

• Mövenpick of the Year Aroma del Sol
• 40 ml cream or cream alternative
• 5 ml sugar syrup
• 5 ml Monin Orange Spritz
• Lime
• 3 juniper berries
• Zest grater
• Martini glass
• 2 ice cubes

Preparation:

1. Prepare Mövenpick of the Year Aroma del Sol as a double espresso and leave to cool.

2. Then pour the espresso, cream, sugar syrup, Monin Orange Spritz, crushed juniper berries and ice cubes into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.

3. Pour the mixture into a martini glass without the ice cubes and juniper berries.

4. Grate the lime zest over the glass, garnish with 3 coffee beans and enjoy the best flavour.
