Chocolate hazelnut pralines
Ingredients
- Approx. 200 g chocolate butter cookies/dark cookies
- 6 tablespoons coconut milk
- Coconut flakes
- Mövenpick Hazelnut Crème Nut Nougat
- Sprinkle decoration as desired (in the video: freeze-dried raspberries)
Preparation
- Put the cookies in a blender, chop finely and put in a small bowl.
- Add coconut flakes to the cookies in the large bowl.
- Add 6 tablespoons of coconut milk and stir everything briefly with a spoon.
- Knead as much nut-nougat-cream into the crumbs until you get a loose dough that doesn’t stick anymore (approx. 3 heaped tablespoons).
- Shape the dough into small balls the size of a praline.
- Roll half of the balls in coconut flakes, the other half in other sprinkle decor.
