Burrata Apricot Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Mövenpick Fruit Spread Apricot
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar/balsamic vinegar bianco
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- A little salt
- 1 bunch basil
- 1 burrata
- 100 g pine nuts
Preparation
- For the vinaigrette, mix the apricot fruit spread, the honey, the white wine vinegar, the olive oil and some salt.
- Roast the pine nuts.
- Cut the burrata into quarters and arrange in bowls.
- Divide the vinaigrette among the bowls.
- Sprinkle with basil and pine nuts.
